Delivery & returns.

• We deliver across Nigeria. Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 2 working days of payment.
• Lagos: usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Other states: usually 3 to 7 working days.
• The delivery fee is shown before you pay, and Lagos delivery is free on orders over ₦100,000.
• You’ll get a message when your order ships. The rider calls the phone number you gave us, so keep it close.

• Wrong size? Exchange within 7 days of delivery for a different size or colour of the same piece, subject to stock.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
• To start an exchange, tell us here with your order number. Return delivery is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

• Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, delivery included.
• If something you paid for is out of stock, we refund you in full.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
• Our drops are limited, so we don’t refund for change of mind. We’re happy to exchange instead.
